Step 5: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/

Step 7: Click on browse file and select “gym_db.sql” file which is inside the “database” folder and after import click “go“.

Step 8: Open a browser and go to the URL “http://localhost/gym/”.
